What to remember when creating a thesis account username and password (dheiro) the first time you register?
Create a username that is easy to remember, it does not have to be a full name because often there is not enough space if the username uses a full name. Create a password that is also easy for students to remember.
What if you forget your username and password for your thesis account (dheiro)?
Try to remember the username and password again, if you can't then please confirm with the Final Project Manager.
Username can still be seen by the Final Project Manager, according to what the student first registered. The account username cannot be changed.
The password cannot be seen by the Final Project Manager, so it must be replaced with a new password.
If students forget their username and password for their thesis account (dheiro), can they create a new account?
You can't. The thesis account is attached to the student's NIM so that one student can only create one account. Do not try to create a new account with a friend's NIM, because it will harm his friend.
When logging in for the first time after registration, the account cannot be logged in or fails. What happened?
Contact the Final Project Manager, to ask whether the new account has been validated or not.
What if the title uploaded to the thesis account (dheiro) is still the old title?
Students cannot change the thesis title in their account directly. Therefore, they must contact the Final Project Manager to enter a new thesis title. Input of thesis title changes can be done before registration for the Proposal Seminar, Results Seminar or Final Thesis Session.
What if the title has not been verified by the lecturer in the thesis account (dheiro), can you still register for a proposal seminar?
Yes. To add a title or correct the title of a proposal or thesis, please contact the Final Project Manager.
What if the assistance has not been verified by the lecturer in the thesis account (dheiro), can you still register for a proposal seminar?
Yes. However, the requirement to register for a proposal seminar is the history of assistance, so students should still fill in the chronology of assistance in their respective accounts.
When is the maximum limit for uploading registration files to the thesis account (dheiro)?
The deadline for uploading registration files for proposal seminars, results seminars, and final trials is maximum Wednesday at 24.00 WIB or 5 days before the implementation of proposal seminars, results seminars, and final trials.
Can the upload of files to the thesis account (dheiro) be done in stages or installments?
You can't. Uploading files to the thesis account (dheiro) must be done simultaneously or all at once by students.
If the student uploads the file but is incomplete, then the student must contact the Final Project Manager to delete the record.
When uploading, the data or information does not appear after uploading. What should be done?
There is no need to press the upload button multiple times because the result is that the recorded files can accumulate so that they are not read on the student account.
For this reason, please contact the Final Project Manager if students cannot read the uploaded file records, both in the Proposal Menu, Proposal Seminar, Results Seminar and Final Session.
Maximum file size that can be uploaded during registration?
The maximum uploaded file size is 10 MB. More than that will fail the upload.
Can the schedule for the Proposal Seminar, Results Seminar, and Final Session be seen in the thesis account (dheiro)?
Yes, you can. Please see the Proposal Seminar, Results Seminar, and Final Session section regarding schedules and invitation letters for supervisors and examiners 2 days after submitting (uploading) the registration file.
If a student's thesis supervisor is changed, do I have to report it to the Final Project Manager?
Yes, especially to be replaced in the student thesis account. Students must check their respective accounts before the implementation of the Proposal Seminar, Results Seminar, and Final Session.
Can you see the final thesis grade in your account?
Yes. It can be seen in each student's account as a requirement for graduation administration. Of course, after the student submits a grade request to the Final Project Manager.
