Information on UB Postgraduate Student Admission (UB MPWK S2) Odd Semester FY 2023/2024

In connection with the opening of the New Student Admission for Postgraduate Independent Selection at Brawijaya University at odd semester Academic Year 2023/2024Therefore, we inform you of the New Student Admission Schedule Plan as attached.

Applicants for UB Postgraduate Self Selection must fulfill the following requirements:

  1. Indonesian citizen;
  2. Meets the requirements of the intended study program, according to the study program table
  3. Selection participants have adequate health so as not to interfere with the smooth learning process in their study program.
  4. Files that need to be uploaded for online registration
    1. Recent color self-photo (JPG File)
    2. Undergraduate Diplomas and Transcripts (PDF File)
    3. Master's diploma and transcript (for Doctoral program applicants) (PDF file)
    4. Academic Potential Test Certificate (PDF File)
    5. TOEFL certificate/Other English proficiency test (see the requirements of each study program for further details) (PDF File)
    6. Two letters of academic recommendation (for Masters program applicants), or three letters of academic recommendation (for Doctoral program applicants) (PDF File)
    7. Health and drug-free certificate (PDF File)
    8. KTP (File JPG)
    9. Letter of Permission/Assignment from the institution (for those who are already working) (PDF File)
    10. Curriculum Vitae (PDF File)
    11. Research plan synopsis (PDF File)
    12. Funding source certificate (PDF File)
    13. Student profile on the forlap dikti site (do a search on https://pddikti.kemdikbud.go.id/ then upload a screenshot of the student data page to UB Admissions) (JPG file)

The following are the registration steps for Postgraduate Independent Selection for Masters Program, Doctoral Program, and Jakarta Campus Doctoral Program

  1. Create an account on the https://admisi.ub.ac.id page;
  2. Select the selection to go to on the dashboard page
  3. Doing request Payment Code;
  4. The registration fee is deposited at Bank BRI, Bank Mandiri or Bank BNI throughout Indonesia (all payment channels) throughout Indonesia by showing the payment code;
  5. The registration fee that has been paid at the bank cannot be withdrawn for any reason. Make sure the payment amount is in accordance with the intended study program, and please follow the payment procedures as follows :

    3. Payment procedure through Bank BNI
  6. Confirm payment then fill out the registration form on the page https://admisi.ub.ac.id;
  7. Choose the intended study program based on the requirements;
  8. Upload files of general registration completeness and Special Study program Files according to the requirements of the faculty / study program organizer;
  9. Print the selection participant card;
