Forsa was chosen as the name of the alumni association based on the congress decision on the previous day (Friday, 3 March). The inauguration of Forsa was not only attended by alumni from 1998 to 2012, but also attended by the Head of Department, Secretary of the Department, Seniors, and also some URP lecturers. Forsa adapts the word ‘Forza’ from Italian which means the spirit to move forward. The pronunciation was adjusted by replacing the letter ‘z’ with ‘s’ to fit the abbreviation "Forum Persatuan Alumni".
In fact, the initial plan for the inauguration of the alumni bond had been planned since 2016, when the URP Student Association (HMPWK) held an alumni session. but due to the busy work of the alumni, finally, the inauguration of this alumni bond was only carried out in 2017. In addition to inaugurating Forsa and inaugurating Firman Afrianto (Alumni class of 1999) as chairman of Forsa for the first period. In the same year, FORSA URP released its inaugural magazine containing the achievements of URP alumni.
In addition to bonding with URP alumni, FORSA also plays an active role in collaborative activities with the Department of URP and the URP Student Association. Alumni were invited to be guest lecturers at several lecture meetings. In addition, alumni work hand in hand to raise funds to help active students through alumni scholarship activities.
