Field Work Practice (PKL)/ Internship

One of the compulsory subjects that must be taken by BURP students is Field Work Practice or internship. Students are required to be involved in activities to prepare plan documents and studies on spatial planning. To take the course, students are required to fulfil academic requirements.

Through internship courses, students not only sharpen their technical and analytical skills, but also understand the dynamics of working in the professional world, adapt to real challenges, and build networks with practitioners. They are involved in real projects that support regional planning and development, ranging from community resilience research to strategic policy making. Here are some of the practical activities undertaken:

  • Community Resilience Model Related to ShocksShock Based on Social Capital, Quality Of Life. and Food Security in Developing Sustainable Villages
  • Creation of Blue Economy Implementation Book (Blue Economy Policy Update) and Book QuickWin Blue Economy (Book for the Preparation of the New Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries in the Astacita Cabinet)
  • Preparation of Post-Mining Land Survey and Mapping Identification Document of Magetan Regency
